Ask us about a product

Not sure whether something will suit your dog? Tell us their size, their breed if you know it, and what you are trying to solve. We will give you a straight answer, including "nothing we stock will help with that" if that is the honest one. We would much rather you bought nothing than bought the wrong thing.

Tell us about your pet

Their age, their habits, the thing they do that drives you quietly mad. The better we understand the dogs our customers actually live with, the better we get at choosing what to stock and deciding what is worth writing about. These are our favourite messages to receive.

Ask us to stock something

If you have been hunting for something and cannot find it anywhere, tell us what it is. We cannot promise we will track it down, but we will look properly and we will come back to you either way. A good deal of what ends up on this site started life as somebody's specific problem.

Tell us if we got it wrong

Feedback is welcome, and the critical kind especially. If a product did not do what our description said it would, if something arrived in poor condition, or if part of this website is confusing or awkward to use, we want to know. We would far rather fix it than never hear about it.
