Where we ship

Canada and the United States. We don't currently ship anywhere else.

What it costs

Shipping is free on orders over the threshold shown in the banner at the top of the site. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout from your address, so you see it before you pay.

How long it takes

Delivery time depends on the item and where you are. Part of our range ships from a warehouse inside the United States; the rest ships internationally and takes longer. The product page and your checkout will show what applies to your order.

Once your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link. If it hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't moved for a week, get in touch with your order number and we'll chase the carrier - you don't need to.

Customs and duties

For orders shipping within the United States from our US warehouse stock, there is no import step and no customs charge.

Some items ship internationally. Where that happens, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and they aren't included in the price you pay at checkout.

If you'd rather avoid that entirely, get in touch before ordering and we'll tell you which items ship domestically.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, and not necessarily on the same day. If part of your order arrives and the rest doesn't, give it a few days before assuming something's wrong - then get in touch.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, damaged or never turns up, contact us and we'll sort it out. You don't need to chase the carrier yourself.
