Big enough to be worth wrestling. The 50cm version is long enough for a dog to grab one end and shake, which is most of what a plush toy is for; the 25cm is more manageable for smaller dogs, or for carrying around the house.
There's a squeaker inside, which is either the best or the worst feature depending on who you ask.
The outer is a soft corn velvet with plenty of give. This is a comfort and shake toy rather than a chew toy — no plush survives a determined chewer, so supervise a dog who likes dismantling things, and take it away once the stuffing starts to show.
Grabbing and shaking a toy is a normal predatory sequence (the instinctive chain of behaviours behind hunting), not aggression. It is also one most dogs never get to finish on anything, because the average toy is too small to hold at one end and shake out.
